ETC Lardan considers it a priority to constantly improve our teacher’s qualifications.

- the candidates for the position of a teacher are selected on the basis of their results shown during the test;
- before they start working they undergo a course which reviews the following:
-methodology designed by out centre’s Director of Studies and giving students an opportunity to master English better more efficiently;
           -psychology
           -the ways to boost of their own language skills
      – after achieving the level which complies with the requirements of the Centre the teachers start working still attending the methodology classes since our main requirement is our teachers’ sustainable development.
      – after the first year of work in the centre they are offered to pass a Cambridge ESOL exam in one of the branches of the British Council in Ukraine and thus achieve an international certificate confirming their level of English (FCE, CAE, CPE, BEC, CELTA)
